When i open new (clean) tab, firefox fall. In private mode it is working well.

You are using Firefox beta version 38.0 so help is going to be somewhat limited. Have you tried starting it in safe mode/ refreshing Firefox? You might get better help on the developer forums.

I tried beta to solve this bug, but it didn't help. However i tried it in FF 37.0.2 with safe mode and still same bug: bp-d152ba39-37a4-4adf-b91b-841c82150422

For information: Firefox ESR (31.6) - working correctly Firefox 39.0a2 (Developer edition) - same bug like 37.0.2 and 38

Have you tried uninstalling Firefox and restarting your computer before installing the current version? I suggest you also use something like Ccleaner to check your registry, might of got bugged somewhere. Third please scan your PC with malware bytes, sometimes this can be the cause of malware.

See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

I using a few weeks Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition, until I found out that last update AV program (virus definitions have been updated - i hope) is from 2013. For taker: http://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/free.html

Now I have chosen Qihoo - 360 Total Security Essential.
