Need help for restoring the old firefox profile after installing new one
I installed firefox to the latest 28 version .In the older version I had two profiles; one default and one test.After installing new version i lost the default profile.I had every plugin and bookmarks and extension installed in default rather than test profile.I need to recover it some how bcz tht is very important to me.I cannot even open Profile manager.Please help

Did you check if the two profiles are still present on the hard drive?
- C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\
Sounds that there had been a problem with the profiles.ini file and the previous default profile got lost if the two profiles are still there, but only one shows in the Profile Manager.
If that is the case then you can use "Choose Folder" in the Profile Manager when you create a new profile to select the location of a lost profile and recover this profile
