I've updated to verion 19.0, and cannot access the internet. Everytime I update this happens! Windows 7, 64 bit, 16Gb but am also running Zone Alarm firewall.
My settings were to prompt for updates and choose if I wanted them installed. I chose this because I've previously had issues with Zone Alarm firewall. Somehow I've automatically updated to version 19.0, and now I am unable to access ANY web page. EVERY TIME I UPDATE FIREFOX I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE. I have used Firefox for some years as I'm looking for an alternative to IE. I am currently unable to access ANY website through Firefox!

This is most likely because of Zonealarm, after Firefox updates, zonealarm thinks it is a different program, thus blocking it from the internet unless you give it permission. Fix problems connecting to websites after updating Firefox
