error has occured please try again later when using youtube
I have reinstalled the flash plugin numerous times and it fixes the issue for a short while then it comes back. I am not sure what else I can do to fix this. Its very annoying. I see there is something about cookies with this issues but not sure how to do that fix. I watch a lot of youtube videos and I am going to have to resort to using google chrome instead of FF.
Well its fixed an uninstall and reinstall of ff fixed it. I have not had any youtube issues since then從原來的回覆中察看解決方案 👍 0
Recent crashes of certain multimedia contents (this includes Youtube videos, certain flash games and other applications) in conjunction with Firefox are most probably caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and/or a malfunctioning Real Player browser plugin.
In order to remedy the problem, please perform the steps mentioned in these Knowledge Base articles:

No real player. I have unistalled and reinstalled flash player so many times its funny. The only thing new in your post is the downgrade flash player which I just did and hope that works.
Just to point out that the downgraded version is not supported but an option to fix your issue. If this is an realplayer related issue, please uninstall realplayer and then restart your computer then re-install realplayer and restart your computer to see if it fixes your issue.
No real player and even the downgrade has stopped working. I just got the error again on about 10 different videos
What is going on. This is really annoying. Guess I am going to switch to chrome till mozilla gets this fixed.
I don't understand by what you keep saying "No realplayer" - Please elaborate on that.
Also it may be fixed by itself (rarely) but it will require manual contact to fix the issue completely.

What do thing no real player means it means I don't have real player installed so that is not an issue
Well its fixed an uninstall and reinstall of ff fixed it. I have not had any youtube issues since then
Well I am going to reopen this thread an say that FF is really a pita. I did a clean install of windows and FF worked for about 30 mins on youtube then it broke. I have the most updated flash and am running 16.0. I have a cookie cleaner addon so I can clear youtube cookies only that seems to work but 30mins to a few hours later its back. The only issue is that I have to close the browser out then reopen it for that too work.
Is there any permanent fix for this? Doesn't mosilla care about its users to fix such a prevalent bug?
Well its still broken and the only thing that fixes it is removing cookies and restarting ff. I even have an addon to block youtube cookies and that still doesn't work. Now waterfox browser works like a champ so I may just use that instead of ff
Does this still happen with all extensions disabled or in a new clean profile?
You can try to create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See "Creating a profile":
There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
I went ahead and created another profile, When I did it worked fine with the current batch of extensions. Now it doesn't always happen immediately I have to close it out or just surf around for some time and then it comes back. I had no issues with a clean profile and looking at videos on youtube. Now my original profile is working at this time. Will give it some more time and see if it breaks. If it does break I will disable some extensions and see it it fixes it then I can see what extension is causing it.
I meant to say that it worked fine without any extensions installed.
