I removed firefox from my computer and now when I try to download the program nothing happens. How can I get Firefox now?.

I removed Firefox using the program unistall feature on the Control Panel that is part of Windows 7. Now when I go to the Firefos web site to try to download and reinstall Firefox nothing happens other than I go to the page that states at the top: "Welcome to the only browser that puts you first."
