Having used firefox as our browser for some time, we now find that we cannot access the internet via firefox.

We use windows 7. Internet Explorer always asks if we want to use it as our browser and we always say no. We just get a message when we try to log on to Mozilla Firefox saying Firefox can't connect to the internet via home.bt.yahoo.com. We are not very tech savvy - can you help

May be your firewall blacklisted Firefox. Please go through your firewall settings too see if there is any access rules that blocking Firefox processes.
