Firefox 4 loses focus on opening

On FF4, when I open it, it does not take focus but almost any other program open gets that focus. To compound the problem, the dialog asking if I want to restore the previous session is now in another window and then hidden on my task bar when I switch focus to FF4. I have to remember to not only switch focus to FF4, but then click the Restore tab in my taskbar to select whether to restore the previous session or not before FF becomes usable.

I consider this one a bug.

OK, I have to think this one is a bug - maybe two.

1. Opening FF4 immediately switched focus to another open window. Any other open window.

2. The dialog for restore previous session or not is not as "attached" to the FF container as in 3.6. One can switch focus back to FF by clicking its window, but the restore dialog will not be in front of the FF window as it is in 3.6, One MUST click the taskbar to get focus on the restore dialog.

I'd love to see this one fixed.
