bookmark button on toolbar asks me to sign in when I'm already signed in.

foyman

I cannot access my google bookmarks from the toolbar button. When I try I get a dropdown that asks me to sign in, but I'm already signed in. If I click the sign in option on the dropdown, the dropdown disappears and nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the toolbar but I get the same results. I'm running Firefox 3.6.10 and the toolbar is the google toolbar for Firefox. If I go to my google account my booksmarks are still there so they are not lost, I just can"t get them from the toolbar.

I would try to update your version of firefox to the latest stable release: 3.6.13. You can do so by going to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox. This might solve your problem.

foyman,

The information included with your posting shows that you are using 3.6.13. Since your problem involves the Google Toolbar, see this for Google Toolbar help.

See this for support information about the Google Toolbar.

Or visit the Google Toolbar forum.

I had the same problem and found a solution at http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=2304455

Open up the toolbar.js file in your computer with a decent editor.

Find: www.google.com/accounts

and replace ALL with: accounts.google.com

Restart FF
