How do I prevent Firefox from zooming in on EVERY single open tab, when I only want to zoom in on one tab/page?

I am not using Private Browsing, and I don't want Firefox to remember my zoom settings either. I just want to prevent Firefox from zooming in on every single page/tab. For example - I'll have 5 tabs open. I want to zoom in on the text of one page. However, when I CTRL + zoom on that page/tab, it zooms in on ALL the tabs across the board, thus ruining my browsing experience of the other websites. When I first got Firefox (Firefox 3? Can't remember), this wasn't an issue. Please help!

Firefox 3 can remember the zoom level site specific.
