When I turn on Firefox, I hear a loud siren sound. But when i turn on IE Explorer I do not
When I first turned on Firefox today I heard a loud siren sound. I turned it off and the sound stopped. If I used IE Explorer there was no siren sound. The siren sound is on constantly when firefox is on. The firefox browser works normally except for the siren sound.

I hope this is resolved soon. Glad that it isn't anything specific that I did. Misery loves company I guess. Please post any solutions that you find. Thanks. Have a great weekend!

Disable Cooliris and Cool Previews Go to tools-Addons-Extensions and disable the above 2 items, I got help on the Firefox forum and it worked for me By the way- today is the 30 birthday of PACMAN!
