Thank for the subscription. What production did you subscribe to?

You may need to contact support. For example, for MDN plus https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-contact-mdn-plus-support

Mozilla Monitor Plus has officially shut down on December 17 which is why we have this open support forum for the regular Mozilla Monitor now and where the form will post the question. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/monitor-plus-shutting-down
