My devices are not synchronizing.

My laptop, desktop, iphone and ipad are not synchronizing. I cannot find the history from one of those devices on the others. I had set up my home page so that I'd have my history showing up there, but it stopped working. when I ask the desktop browser to send a tab to other devices, nothing happens. This has been going on for weeks. I have tried many things to fix it, but everything seems set to how it is supposed to be. Please help.

Hi

1. Make sure you are signed in with the same Mozilla account and that bookmark, etc syncing is turned on for both mobile and desktop.

2. The Device List

Go to your Mozilla Account Settings on your desktop and look at the Connected Services.

If you see duplicates of your iPhone or iPad, Sign Out of the old ones.

3. Maybe battery saving kills Firefox’s ability to sync in the background

On your iPhone/iPad, go to Settings > Firefox and ensure Background App Refresh is toggled ON.
