I still have windows 7 pro on my computer and now I keep getting "Access Denied" from some websites Can your ESL be used on my computer so that I can access my bank; stores, etc.?

I am on the same windows 7, I can still use my internet for now but I guss i will have to buy a new computer soon.. I do not have a phone or tablet...
Have the same problem i.e argos web site an log onto main page but pick a category access denied,have another laptop with win 11 that is ok ?
