If you have a concern about an add-on, I recommend you use the reporting link on that page to report it directly to the Add-ons team for further investigation.
You could also try reporting the extension at https://discourse.mozilla.org/c/add-ons/35
This comment in the source code sounds suspicious:

This other one seems to send "feedback" after import to the same site (adrescom.world): https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/gemxrp-xrpl-manager/
