It appears that the index is on the local folder, but not the message. Email message folders are in two parts, such as inbox and inbox.msf. The msf component is the index containing the title, but the message itself is in the mbox file that accompanies it.

Hi, David The problem persists. The messages were migrated to Thunderbird. Message display worked until the update. Unfortunately, they haven't been displayed since the update. We're experiencing the problem with four other contacts at our company. I urgently need help!

Puzzling. Try changing layout. View>layout>vertical I do not know why the message is not shown.

I will attempt to locate someone with more technical knowledge to evaluate this.

An update may show issues if you are using an addon.

Do a test: Restart Thunderbird in Troubleshoot mode

• Help > Troubleshoot Mode
• click on 'Restart'
• select 'Continue in Troubleshoot mode'
