На жаль я не повноцінний програміст чи, наприклад, технічний консультант, але можливо це навпаки у Facebook проблеми з підтримкою Firefox? Можливо встановлена застаріла версія браузера, або залізо комп'ютера/ноутбука слабке для повноцінного сучасного використання актуальної версії браузера. Потрібно більше інформації.
