Hi, I just switched laptop< I no longer have my old one. I thought I'd just have log in to Firefox to recover all my information, like bookmarks and saved passwords, but now that I'm logged in, I can't find any of that. Is it possible I didn't save it? Can you help me recover it?

Without access to the old laptop that had the data on it sync can't do anything to sync the data. Sync isn't to be used as a backup. If one didn't backup the data properly follow Firefox FAQ on how to backup data, login, profile then there nothing more that can be done.
