how to "save and sync data," when there is no command in the available menu?

Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing? Here is what I see on my Xperia XZ3 running Android 10. See screenshot Where it's showing jonzn4SUSE is where you should see Sync and Save if you're not already logged in.
