The pictures and articles don't match on the homepage. Anyone else having this problem?

For some reason the pictures and articles don't match up. There is a picture of one thing and the article that goes with it is the next picture over. It seem like the picture is what determines which article you are reading. But the ads all line up perfectly. It's really strange. Like everything is one off to the left. Not sure if I am explaining this well and I am not a computer person so I have no clue why it is happening.

What picture and what homepage? No one here can see or know what site this is.
