We print a report from an application, and the application allows the user the option to print the "title" of the report. Once the option to print the title is selected and print report is executed, the report displays in the browser, which can then be printed to a printer. On one machine using Mozilla, everything works as it should, but on a second machine that we are starting to use, even though "print the title" is selected, the title does not appear on the final print output. In other browsers I see a "page setup" option and that is where I can select "Title" and position where I want it to appear on printed output, and I suspect Firefox must have the same settings, but for the life of me, I can't seem to find it. I've included the images of the various stages that we are trying to achieve with Firefox on the new machine. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
