RECOMMENDED STORIES QUESTION: Is there a way to turn off images?

There are some recent very popular images that are upsetting for me personally. Is there are way to keep the RECOMMENDED STORIES active but hid certain (or all) images?

I am not aware of any built-in way to hide images and display the text only. You might have to turn that section off.

Maybe you can curate your own page on https://getpocket.com/home as an alternative?

If you like tinkering:

Built-in pages can be modified using an unsupported feature, custom style rules in a userContent.css file. I don't think it would be difficult to hide all photos with a style rule, but it would be all or nothing without the ability to specifically control which images are hidden. If that sounds interesting, someone could look into the specifics.
