You have to be in your opened email site or app to get the print option to correctly print the email message.

Sorry you misunderstand. I cannot turn off the pop up blocker on Firefox despite Googling how to fix this. I cannot get to the options submenu so cannot access the security sub-sub menu, either. Here is the error message:

The one in Mozilla Firefox. Never had this problem with Google Chrome browser

You need to really look at your Firefox extension manager to see what is going on since that isn't a Firefox browser caused.
