Windows 11 FF 131.0.3 64-bit

This has been an intermittent problem since the update before this one. The screen freezes and nothing works, no mouse, no keypad, nothing. Ctrl-Alt-Delete doesn't even work. There is no way to shut it down except the power button. It happens at different times, and doesn't seen to have one trigger. I've run troubleshooter, but no change.

It was happening in the previous update, but it seems worse in this one. I asked about this on Reddit a few weeks ago, and someone else said he was having the same problem.

Just realized I posted about this on Sept. 30, before this last update, and got no reply, so it's been happening for awhile.

Same problem only on Windows 10
