How can I change the subject prefix (Re:, Fwd:, etc.) ? I would prefer "RE:" to "Re:" for my outgoing mails. "mailnews.localizedRe" handles recognition of incoming subject prefixes, but I found no pref for my outgoing mails. Thank you!

You can change Re: to RE: and Fwd: to FW: with this add-on:

Version 2.6.0 for 115 or 3.0.0 for 128.

I'm not aware of a way without the add-on, but you could contact the add-on author to find out.
