Firefox will not open. a window appears: xul runner
when I attempt to open firefox, a window opens: xul runner error: platform version 120.0.1 is not compatible. minversion>=119.0.1 maxversion<=119.0.1 If I click the "ok" button the screen goes back to my desktop.

- Download the latest Desktop version of Firefox from this page and save the setup file to your computer.
- Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
- Double-click the downloaded installation file and go through the steps of the installation wizard.
- Once the wizard is finished, choose to directly open Firefox after clicking the Finish button.
