Task Manager shortcut
The shift+esc keyboard shortcut now opens the Process Manager....
How do I change this shortcut? Or get rid of it altogether? Every time I shift+esc the process manager opens and it's just unnecessary.

I use Windows but when you use that command are you in the Browser or outside on Mac Desktop when doing that? Shortcuts work different depending if your on the Desktop or Browser environment. And Firefox has it's own shortcuts within it's Browser and aren't always the same as the O/S shortcuts functions.
I'm on Mac, in the browser.
Yes, this was mentioned in the Release Notes: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/108.0/releasenotes/
Can it be disabled? Hmm, I'm not currently aware of a way to disable it.
By the way, what do you normally use Shift+Esc for?
"Tools -> Browser Tools -> Task Manager" no longer opens the about:performance page in Firefox 104 and above but instead, opens the about:processes Process Manager tab as does the "Shift+Esc" keyboard shortcut in 108+.

If you use Discord on browser, Shift + Esc marks the whole server you're in as read. It's a nice, quick way to catch up to what's being talked about now, as well as "clean" up the channels by marking them all as read.

Agreed, it's annoying.

Hopefully they will offer an alternate shortcut for Firefox users.
By the way, this idea submission on Mozilla Connect needs more votes (kudos) to move up in the rankings:
