When entering a help request/entering a link a file downloads?

recently I have been slipping on my keyboard recently and well from that point on when I try to access a link it will download a file called like this: "fsyZrWoP" or when I try to do a search it does a download called: "search" image of the files below

Hi, if you open the Downloads list (Ctrl+J) and look at the history there, can you find those downloads?

If the small print mentions "moz-safe-about", that would be similar to this thread:

Thanks for your answer but no it didn't mentioned: "moz-safe-about" it mentioned google.com

Hmm, I have not heard of that one before. Perhaps you can edit the file extension to .txt and view the contents in a text editor to see whether it contains HTML code, plain text, or something else.
