thanks so much but i cannot get it to work. I do not believe i can figure out how to get to safe mode

Hello drummeister1, you can launch Firefox in safe mode by holding down the SHIFT button and clicking the Firefox icon to launch Firefox. A pop-up box will be shown that tells you that you are launching Firefox in safe mode. Hope this helps!
