A me la pagina si apre. Hai provato in modalità risoluzione problemi? https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/Risoluzione%20dei%20problemi%20relativi%20a%20estensioni%20e%20temi#w_avviare-firefox-in-modalita-risoluzione-problemi che versione di firefox hai? Che estensioni hai installato?
Versione 98.0.2 su iMac e nessuna estensione installata. Ho provato ad aprire il marketplace dal sito ertha.io in modalità risoluzione problemi ed è uscito il seguente messaggio di errore: Our globe solution currently doesn't support WebGL 1.0. You are seeing this because you are probably using unsupported browser.
Se tu fossi un utente windows ti direi di abilitare l'accellerazione hardware dentro firefox e aggiornare i driver video. Su mac non ho idea se si possa fare.
