I have Bing as my home page and I sign into my Microsoft account (to get rewards etc). This was working fine until about a day ago. Now the Bing home page comes up but there is no Microsoft header, menu, account information at the top of the screen; https://www.bing.com.

I can go to the rewards page manually and it shows that I am signed into my account. Of course this shows up correctly on Chrome and Edge (new version). I am using version 88.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 10 (latest updates).

I tried refreshing Firefox, I pressed Shift before Firefox started and selected Refresh, tabs and addons reappeared, went to the Bing home page, same thing.

I also tried turning off tracker protection, clearing cookies and data for Bing (but the refresh should have done that), still no joy.

Any ideas?

That is odd. Although i dont use Bing everyday, i do use it and it shows up just fine on my end via FF.

Try going into FF options and tweaking the search settings. Disable all of them. Then look for other little settings for searching your history, bookmarks, etc..., and disable all these too.

Then relaunch FF and see how Bing looks liike.

If there is still a problem,

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While you are in Troubleshoot(Safe) mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
