Changes between the first two sync up, and Windows 10 does not - both ways: bookmarks created there are not reflected on other devices and bookmarks deleted / created on other devices are not updated on Windows. 2. Despite this, I can send a tab from another device to Windows, and the other way as well. 3. Tried logging out / in on all devices. 4.
