I am unable to search for text in Firefox using Ctrl+F

I cannot search for text on https://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/pac/mpep/s2111.html. Please advise on how to fix.

for me it works fine! The Search line opens at the bottom of Firefox

Strange it wasn't working for me last night. Works fine at the moment.
