I tried what I could find online and that info was from 5 years ago. Its advice was to clear cached websites which I did (& cookies). The first time, cache only, it did let me on but when I tried to search the site I jump to Access Denied again. Same with both cookies and cache.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

I think all this started when an update to Firefox occurred last week or so. This is a very recent thing. How can I go back to a former version of Firefox. My version now is 81.0.2.
I downgraded to Firefox 78 and it worked. BUT, now I check the version and it's back to 81.0.2 and it is still working with lowes.com.

If you still want to downgrade, look under; I still want to downgrade. Click the Directory of other versions and languages link. Look for the directory of the version that you want. But, remember that old versions may have security issues.
