Firefox failed to sync after a Windows 10 re-install

I want my addon's back. At least I want a list of my addons.

Yet I have nothing. Not one extension synced

After the windows reset I got my password back but not my addons. Yet I had them check-marked in my sync settings

Does Firefox no longer sync addons? Because I know it did in the past.
