My firefox recommended that I reset it to stop slow loading but after I reset it I cannot access any website. Even with mozilla, I get the message:

our connection is not secure The owner of www.mozilla.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

Sounds like security software is blocking connection.
