Under Tools/Options/General/Privacy & Security everyone of my "saved logins" is gone. It's empty.

Carolina50

I did not delete any of the "Saved Logins" and it is completely empty now. With the exception of signing up for this Mozella support.

Did Firefox update or crash, shut down wring  ? Please look on the Desktop for a Folder called OldFirefoxProfile. If there great, if not......it is not.

Check here to see if there is a 2nd Profile you would want the oldest folder :

If not there then they are gone.

fyi for the future :

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Still working on it. Foxfire did not crash or shut down wrong. I have a file on my desktop "Old Firefox Data" but it has been there. I tried the %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ in Search but I can't seem to locate a profile folder old or new for me. Today I have gone to my bookmarks and did the forgot my password number. Thank you for your prompt response to my "HELP!"

Ok, so your back together with what you need ? As passwords, sessions, bookmarks are in the oldfirefoxprofile folder that can be dug out and try to restore them into the new profile. Let us know as not sure what your doing with Help forgot password number.

That "Old Firefox Data" folder can have multiple sets of Old Firefox Data in it. see the screenshot I uploaded - two different Profiles I did a Refresh on a couple days apart from each other

Also, more than one Profile can have "default" in the Profile, but the 8 character alpha / numeric prefix will differ, plus once a Profile is refreshed - it picks up a hypen & 13 number unix-date code for the exact time the refresh was completed.
