Cannot login to my Firefox Support account.

I am talking about the Mozilla Support account, NOT the synch account. I tried to have a reset sent and it never arrived after numerous attempts. I've never seen that with any other site and I mean ever. I had to create this account to even ask the question of how to get back to the other account. lol Any solution to get back on to the prior account? Thanks.

Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the website.

Check your user profile at the site. Also, check your junk mail folder.
