Sent button is greyed out on new compose and fwd
When composing or fwding a message the sent button is greyed out. It works on reply, email sent therefore not SMTP setting issues?????????

The send button is not active until you enter an address in the address field. Since that is automatic when replying have you entered a recipient for a new message or a forwarded one?
