Verify email button on OPTIONS - sync not working

Hi Pm3458, I understand that when you click in the Options tab to verify your email for a Firefox Sync account nothing happens. I am happy to help.

  1. First, remove the account from the Firefox profile. (Click Disconnect)
  2. Second Close Firefox
  3. Re-open Firefox and go to the same menu.
  4. Enter the correct email and click to verify the account.
  5. Go check your email inbox, via web mail as well as any mail client you use
  6. Check for accounts@mozilla.....
  7. Click the button in the email
  8. You will be redirected to a Firefox tab (or your default browser)

At which step did you get stuck, where nothing happens?
