Hello,

For a long time I have issue with video players in Firefox. Sometimes everything is right, but after time, every videos look like on screenshot. This problem concerns different websites and appears only in Firefox (In Chrome everything looks good). I have latest GPU drivers and latest Firefox version (problem was also in older versions).

I tried to use new user profile or reinstall browser, but it wasn't resolve my problem.

Can I do something to resolve this problem?

What website is that and which video player is that? Does it happen with all video players? Youtube, twitch and similar platforms? Have you tried turning off hardware acceleration in Firefox?

I see you are using beta. When did this start? What version of Firefox?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

@Josh, Yes, It happen with all video playes (I think). I checkd on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and smaller, local news websites. Currently I'm testing videos without hardware acceleration, but I need time to make sure that everything is right.

@FredMcD, This is Developer Edition. I have this issue for few months. I cannot specify version, I don't remember. I will check Safe Mode, but sometimes, problem appears after a dozen or so hours, so I will come back with response as soon as possible.
