So I reinstalled everything on my laptop. I try and install firefox and I get a 7-zip saying "the system cannot find the file specified and then get the message " and then get the messgae " the download was interrupted" Does anyone know how to solve this. Thank you for your help.

What's your computer system?
i had windows 10, reinstalled and now have windows 8, cannot upgrade because i get the above problem, also get error 0x80070002.
