firefox and printing off the interest

more options

I recently changed over to FF from Internet Explorer. All seems fine except when I go into certain sites, like cooking shows, etc., and want to print off recipes, they are blocked. Why is this happening and how I make FF print off what I want and not what it wants?? Why doesn't FF have the ability to talk with a REAL LIVE person. Answers and questions and chats with other customers just doesn't do it sometimes, only real live people do!!

Hi duzzie, Mozilla doesn't have the budget for telephone support, sorry. Not charging enough for Firefox, I guess...

When you say the printing is blocked, could you explain that in more detail?

For example, do you get a bar saying that Firefox has blocked a pop-up window? Usually then there will be a button to make an exception or to just show the window anyway.

Another thought: If you are using private browsing, you may notice a shield icon on the left end of the address bar indicating that the Tracking Protection feature has blocked something in the site. If the site isn't working normally, you can temporarily suspend Tracking Protection by clicking that icon and using the action button on the little panel that drops down. This article has more information on managing this new feature: What happened to Tracking Protection?.
