I am trying to add my certificates for my PIV and CAC reader required sites, however I am unable to upload my certificates.

How to import a certificate for reference:

  1. about:preferences#advanced
  2. Click on View Certificates
  3. Select "Your Certifcates, People, Servers, Authorities or Others" and Click Import...
  4. Navigate and click ok.

If you have ever reset/refresh Firefox then you can try to copy the cert8.db file form the "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop to the current Firefox profile folder.
