When I put an address into the URL the I get a gambling website instead. How do I keep this from happening?

When I put in "Kelloggsfamilyrewards.com" a sweepstakes website pops up instead. This doesn't allow me to do what I need to at the Kelloggs website.

You can check for recently installed suspicious or unknown extensions.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
