I thought I contacted Mozilla about fixing a constant popup that wanted me to upgrade. They connected me to a third party who scanned my computer, found problems which they showed me, then wanted to sell me a computer cleanup plan. Now I'm concerned that they have all of my account info. Help!

Mozilla never tries to sell support, all support happens on this site and is completely free. Please scan for malware Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware

Also cancel any credit card numbers you may have given them and change any passwords they had access to.

You can sent a report to The FBI via their web site Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) {web link}

You can also report such a site at; Google Report Phishing Page {web link} which is the same when done while on site by going to Help > Report Web Forgery

Help us safeguard Mozilla’s trademarks by reporting misuse {web link}

Who did you contact that you thought was Mozilla?

If it was by phone then Mozilla does not do phone support nor would they send you to such a site instead of say here.
