Hi,

I cannot logon to icloud using Firefox (since 3 days) on my windows pc. It normally works fine

I can logon on using the mobile firefox browser and I can logon using Edge. However, I don't want to use Edge

I use a VPN (including browser extension) but I haven't had a problem before

Thanks

Jonathan

Try clearing site cookies.

Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile. Make sure you stay signed out of your sync account when testing.

Hi,

It works in developer but only with the browser privacy setting set to 'standard'. I am always have it on custom and with do not track/sell my data turned on

I am guessing that is the problem but it has always worked before

Thanks

You may need to disable Tracking Protection for the site or lower protection to Standard. The Strict settings have been getting stronger over time, making site breakage more likely.

Hi,

I tried disabling tracking and adding icloud to the exception list and it is still doesn't work. It is not working in developer either now

Did you make any changes to the settings in Developer Edition? Try refreshing the profile back to default.
