Cant restore closed tabs, history is there and restarts with last session (most of it)

restore recently closed tabs is grayed out, Ctrl-shift-T does not work. Session restore Does work , although many times it does Not recover all the most recent tabs. History also works. FF 27 for a few weeks, - just got update today - not helping. WinXP, 2.ghz 4 gigs ram installed

Try backup and then restore your profile:
