Need help synching emails

Need help synching up my Emails

Please take the time to explain what it is you are doing so we have some idea where to pitch a reply. We know what you tell us. So far that is about nothing.

What are you trying to sync with what else? are you trying to just add an account to Thunderbird and have is sync with your mail provider or is it a more elaborate process of a provider, a PC, a phone,a tablet and a laptop perhaps?

Additionally the process is not the same for all devices or system. Your choice of antivirus or security suite can have a huge impact as can the operating system on the devices and the rules individual mail providers impose, so all of that information is also relevant.
