Customize toolbar does not contain a symbol of VPN to reactivate it

I wanted to reactivate the integrated vpn. The help side says to do it from the Customize Toolbar side. But there is no symbol of the integrated vpn in the list there. (integrated vpn is available here, I got it on my other computer).

How can I reactivate it otherwise?

Hi, The Firefox built-in VPN is being introduced gradually. Right now it's completely random who will receive it as a test of network load. Even if you have it on one device, that doesn’t mean it will appear on another,
