Hi there, while the built in vpn is working perfectly fine on my windows workstation, i miss the vpn button in the top right corner of this M1 Air. I tried the advised procedures, but there is no vpn button in the toolbar setup. My system uses Little Snitch as firewall. Any help would be appreciated.

Some time ago I signed up for the early access of Smart Windows Beta (it was still referred to as AI Window at that time). A couple of weeks ago I got an email saying "Smart Window Beta is ready for you to try". However, when I click on the "Try Smart Window" link (clicks.mozilla.org/...), I get to a page that says "Join the waitlist" and I still do not have the feature available in Firefox.

• I am on Firefox desktop on Linux
• My Firefox version is 151.0.2
• I am signed into Firefox with the same email address as I signed up for the early access with
• I do not have "Block AI Enhancements" enabled

Today I got on my laptop and opened Firefox like I do every day. The browser looked different. It was an ugly purple color. A window showed me information about 'Profiles'. I didn't want any 'Profiles', I just wanted my regular Firefox Browser. So I deleted the Profiles. This also ended up deleting all of my bookmarks and passwords!! It took the last two hours and working with AI to recover my most recent backup which was two years old. Firefox hasn't been backing up any of my data that I actually need, and it actively deleted the things I rely on. Your devs and designers really messed up on this one. I bet no one uses Profiles, but everyone uses passwords and bookmarks to some degree. Why would you build it like that?! Shame, Mozilla. This was a serious error on your part. Bad product design. Make it easier to back up the things we need. Get rid of this useless 'Profiles' function that I bet no one uses.

I have switched from all color to just a highlighted silver color to all the pics and black and white for the youtube entries. how can I change back to all color in both. ijk

recent firefox update can no longer copy and paste when creating a blog post in Squarespace, I have been using squarespace for around 15 years for my websites and I have never seen this issue, Firefox 15.1 installed and all of a sudden when trying to create a blog post in Squarespace, when I right click a text box pop up and it no longer says paste so I can no longer copy and paste text - this is more than a little annoying, you will not be surprised to know that I am now using Chrome to create my posts, there is no issue in chrome. I am a firefox geek! how can i solve this problem, I just did another update from Firefox, the issue remains I have been using computers for 40 year so I am not a novice but software glitches, I am lost

I have added extensions from the Firefox store, an element remover extension, and there is no option to pin it to my toolbar when I click on the gear icon. I want all of my extensions to be added to the toolbar.

I used to be able to add another site on the top toolbar to the one I am currently on ---- this was on the toolbar at the top of the page. This ability has disappeared recently.

I have been using the Firefox built-in VPN on my iMac. After the latest Firefox update (to 151.0.2), I no longer see the VPN button in the toolbar or see VPN info in the Privacy & Security settings. Will the built-in VPN capability return at some point? Is there something I need to do to enable it?

I'm sorry to say all my groups and tabs were not opened this morning, and the restore session option doesn't even show up in options!

The groups are not even in my history even though I used them yesterday!

How can this be?

I don't believe they're all gone. I know sessions are backed up...

I'm constantly getting error message like below for legitimate sites? Looks like there’s a problem with this site

I can't get my Firefox icon to go to my desktop and become active. I also cannot uninstall Mozilla - it just allows me to attempt to repair it. My icon also shows Firefox 2 for some reason.

My main Extension is 1Password which I rely on. I do have a few other extension and the same applies to them. The Extensions work fine and I can have multiple Firefox windows open with no problem, however if I click on a link in an email (often necessary) it opens a Firefox window as expected but my Extensions are not available on the toolbar and do not work. I can add them to the Toolbar but 1Password does not work in this window (opened from the link), whereas it works in any other Firefox window..

Running Firefox (currently 151.0.2) on Windows 11. I normally have the Firefox window full height of the screen but not full width horizontally. If the PC goes into screen save, when I bring it out of screen save, the bottom of the Firefox window has moved up by what looks like a couple of dozen pixels. The top of the window has not moved, it's just that the vertical height of the window is less than before screen save cut in. If I let the PC go into screen save again, when it comes out of screen save the window has shrunk by a further vertical amount that looks about the same as the first time. And so on...

No other app that I run on the PC has the same problem with screen save, they all retain their size if screen save cuts in. It's easy enough to get the FF window back to full height by moving the mouse to the top of the window until the mouse pointer changes to a double-headed arrow, and then dragging the top of the title bar down slightly and then back to the top, but it's annoying to have to do this several times a day.

Any suggestions on a fix?

I realized today that my tab groups were all gone and I believe it is because I erased all of my search history about a week ago. Unfortunately I did not realize that clearing my search history would irrecoverably delete my tab groups, and I think it would not be intuitive for many other people either.

Ideally I would like to see a specific option to keep or erase tab groups when clearing search history but in the absence of that I think at least having a warning that you will lose your tab groups if you follow through would be very nice.

As of today, this was the situation (image 1). I had to do a manual update.

Also, when I first visited here today, I was not logged in. I 'd like to stay logged in. Then, I couldn't have been here for more than 15 seconds, and this appeared. How can a session be expired when there was no session? Is this part of the reason I don't stay logged in?
